Assistant Manager / Service Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager / Service Engineer to lead and oversee branch support functions. This role supports the MTV Division Manager in achieving strategic goals, revenue targets, and maintaining high operational performance and customer satisfaction in lift and escalator services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee overall branch support and operations.
• Support the Division Manager in achieving company goals and revenue targets.
• Ensure high performance in lift/escalator operations.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels.
• Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Lifts, Escalators, or Project Management.
• Strong interpersonal and team motivation skills.
• Mature, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Ability to align team efforts with company direction.
• Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents need to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Other relevant certifications will be considered.
