This role is required to work closely with a portfolio of external charity partners, as well as with internal stakeholders (including other teams within CNP, and other teams in NVPC), to strengthen these partnerships and increase engagements. The goal is to grow and expand the pipeline of digital fundraising campaigns and volunteering opportunities on giving.sg (GSG), and to increase charities’ adoption of NVPC’s programmes and services.

Job Description

  • Build trusted partnerships by understanding each charity’s mission, capabilities, operational needs, and plans for fundraising and volunteering opportunities, and ensure consistent engagement and satisfaction by working closely with internal teams to resolve partners’ queries and issues
  • Collaborate closely with other CNP teams to promote awareness and interest of relevant NVPC programmes, services and initiatives for charity partners
  • Identify and recommend relevant partnership opportunities to charity partners, based on their goals, capabilities and readiness, and to broaden and deepen partner engagement by connecting charities to other initiatives across other NVPC’s internal teams
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop different touchpoints with charity partners, and experiment with innovative engagement approaches and channels to effectively and efficiently outreach to desired charities

Grow Fundraising Campaigns & Volunteering Opportunities

  • Engage, onboard, and support charities to launch and strengthen fundraising campaigns and volunteering opportunities on GSG platform, including collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative partnerships via GSG
  • Identify strategic opportunities (e.g. seasonal peaks, crises, thematic months) with charity partners to drive campaign creation to maximise platform traction, as well as donor and/or volunteers’ engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and share relevant info (such as partners’ feedback and market intel), and campaign reviews to increase quantity and quality of campaigns

Intelligence, Monitoring & Account Insights

  • Develop strong understanding of the charity landscape to anticipate charity partner’s needs and risks.
  • Build and maintain accurate and updated insights, including charity partner profiles, contact reports, and market intelligence, partners’ feedback on GSG platform and other comparable platforms, to inform engagement strategy and portfolio prioritization
  • Identify partners’ readiness issues, risks, and feedback, and flag significant issues promptly to internal stakeholders to enable timely interventions

Support for Other Organisational Priorities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support broader NVPC initiatives, including campaigns and events (e.g, CTOG, PVPA), and enhancing/streamlining of systems and operational processes and workflows
  • Undertake other duties aligned with organisational priorities within agreed timelines and scope, including support for cross-team collaborations aligned with organisational priorities

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in account management, partnerships, sales & marketing, or stakeholder management is advantageous
