Assistant Manager/Manager, Corporate Finance - Hiring Fast

Responsibilities:

Origination and Development:

• Originate and develop leads for loan syndication and distribution, including club deals, secondary loan sales, and cross-selling of capital market products.
• Collaborate with various business lines within the bank, both locally and at the head office.

Preparation and Structuring:

• Prepare term sheets, pitchbooks, and structure credit facilities for syndicated loan mandates.
• Conduct market analysis to support underwriting, distribution, and secondary sell-down of syndicated loans.

Client Management:

• Handle financial institutions, government-linked companies, and large corporates within Southeast Asia, Australia, and India.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, banks, insurance companies, and non-bank financial institutions.

Transaction Management:

• Manage and execute loan syndication transactions, including origination/negotiations, sell-downs, documentation, and financial closing.

Key Competencies:

Experience and Skills:

• Relevant experience in originating syndicated loans within Southeast Asia.
• Sound credit analysis skills, loan documentation, and negotiation skills.

Market Knowledge:

• Deep market knowledge and prior experience in both Singapore and regional loan syndication markets (e.g., Australia, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Vietnam).

Independence and Collaboration:

• Ability to operate independently while also cooperating with other local or overseas team members.
