Assistant Manager/Manager, Warehouse Operations (Logistics/Transportation)w - Generous Compensation

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of warehouse staff
• Responsible for day-to-day warehousing operations
• Develop and maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction through efficient management of warehouse operations, system and service providers
• Meet operations key performance indicators and improve on customer’s feedback
• Develop and review SOP
• Explore new ideas to enhance the current process
• Contribute to adding value to all service in conjunction with directions, establish performance standards, and measurements in cost-saving and cost-effectiveness
• Responsible for cost within the budget and maximizing the profitability of each department
• Troubleshooting warehouse and operations issues
• Train the workforce and supervisors and seek continuous improvement
• Recruiting of staff
• Sourcing of new vendors & managing existing vendors

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field of studies
• Minimum 3 yeas of related experience in logistics field
• Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
• Meticulous, excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task with result-oriented mindset in a fast-pace environment
