Assistant Managers / Trainee Assistant Managers [Fast Food] - Immediate Start

Job Descriptions:

• Independently manage day-to-day operations within set budget parameters.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage items.
• Promptly and accurately address feedback and complaints.
• Develop employee schedules and maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Achieve sales targets through effective implementation of marketing strategies.
• Recruit, train, and retain team members.
• Uphold standards and Standard Operating Procedures for store operations.
• Responsible for inventory management and stock-taking activities.
• Regularly inspect equipment to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
• Adhere to food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC (or equivalent) with 2 years of supervisory working experience in the F&B industry
• Diligent team player passionate about F&B operation
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Working knowledge of MS Words /Excel and Email
• Determined and capable to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to read, write and converse in English proficiently.
