Job Description - Assistant Manager/Senior Executive HR Talent Acquisition


The Opportunity


We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a diverse workforce and partner closely with business leads to deliver critical talent across operational and corporate functions in one of Asia’s leading aviation MRO. This role goes beyond transactional hiring — offering exposure to hiring strategy, talent pipeline building, and HR transformation initiatives, including AI-driven recruitment solutions.


 


Key Responsibilities


End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle & Strategic Partner to Business



  • Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening, offer to onboarding, across diverse roles in aviation MRO

  • Build active talent pipelines for critical roles through proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels

  • Stakeholder partnership with Department Heads and HRBPs to understand workforce needs, capability gaps, hiring priorities and talent needs

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business objectives


Drive Recruitment Ops Excellence & AI Initiative



  • Lead initiative to implement AI-driven recruitment platform – working with cross functional departments to enhance and increase efficiency

  • Maintain recruitment KPIs, pipeline health, conversion rates; identify bottlenecks to improve hiring outcomes

  • Drive recruitment initiatives such as recruitment drives locally and overseas, career fairs, and campus outreach

  • Build partnerships with institutions and external agencies and organisations to strengthen talent pipelines

  • Manage labour supplier contracts for additional staffing neds, including RFQ and appointment of agencies

  • Enhance presence across key hiring platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)


 


Requirements



  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any relevant discipline

  • At least 5-8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment / talent acquisition

  • Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles

  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, MOM regulations, TAFEP fair hiring guidelines and hiring landscape in Singapore

  • Exposure to overseas/technical hiring in a complex/regulated environment (aviation, engineering, MRO) is an advantage

  • Strong stakeholder management; collaboration and influencing skills is critical for this role

  • High ownership and accountability, positive learner, and ability to work in a face-paced environment

  • Resourceful, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficient with ATS (e.g. SuccessFactors) and recruitment tools is an advantage

  • Familiarity with workforce analytics (e.g. Power BI) and HR automation / experience with AI-assisted sourcing/screening tools is an advantage
