Job Description - Assistant Manager/Senior HR Executive (Workforce Planning)


Job Role:


The role will support the organisation’s workforce planning function by supporting manpower planning, headcount management and workforce analytics to support business and operational requirements. He/ she works closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to ensure effective manpower utilisation, accurate reporting, and alignment with organisational objectives.


 


Job Description:



  • Coordinate and administer the annual manpower budgeting exercise for management and Board approval

  • Prepare and analyse monthly manpower reports, dashboards, and headcount statistics for management and divisions

  • Monitor manpower movements including recruitment, transfers, promotions, secondments, upgrading, trainee graduations, and attrition trends

  • Support manpower forecasting, establishment planning, and workforce optimisation initiatives

  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of manpower data, organisation structures, and workforce records

  • Support workforce analytics and provide insights to support business decision-making

  • Liaise closely with divisions, HR Business Partners, and management on manpower matters

  • Ensure timely submission of reports and compliance with organisational timelines and requirements

  • Ad hoc projects as assigned


 


Requirements:



  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or its equivalent

  • Preferably 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Manpower Planning or HR Analytics

  • Experience in manpower budgeting, headcount reporting, and workforce analytics will be advantageous

  • Strong and well versed in MS Office and applications

  • Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualisation platforms will be an advantage

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities and timelines


 


Applicants may be placed in the position of Assistant Manager or Senior Executive depending on experience and qualifications.
