As a Assistant Nurse Manager (Clinic), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversees and be responsible for the daily operations of the clinic.
- Lead and manage the clinical staffs in delivering excellent clinical and service qualities.
- Implement strategies and workplans to optimize the clinical care.
- Evaluate and plan the objectives accordingly the operational and financial aspects/targets.
- Evaluate and improve the work processes and practices
- Perform the manpower planning, recruitment and retention of staffs.
- Train and guide the junior nurses and new hires.
- Provide holistic care to the patients.
- Educate and counsel the patients and caregivers.
- Assist the doctors in procedures.
- Work closely with the medical team and operations team.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Preferably with 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in nursing sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
