We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team!
About the Role:
As Assistant Outlet Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Working alongside the Outlet Manager to create a positive and productive work environment for the restaurant team.
- Contributing to menu development and ensuring food quality meets our high standards.
- Assisting with marketing and promotional activities for the restaurant.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is a strong leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Has a passion for Penang cuisine and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Point-of-Sale systems (experience with symphony systems is a plus).
- Has a positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic
