We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team!

About the Role:

As Assistant Outlet Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Delivering exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Working alongside the Outlet Manager to create a positive and productive work environment for the restaurant team.
• Contributing to menu development and ensuring food quality meets our high standards.
• Assisting with marketing and promotional activities for the restaurant.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Is a strong leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Has a passion for Penang cuisine and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Point-of-Sale systems (experience with symphony systems is a plus).
• Has a positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic
