Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of pharmacy staff.

Provide guidance and support to pharmacy technicians and other team members.

Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating pharmacy personnel.

Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Oversee prescription dispensing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Provide counseling to customers on medication usage and potential side effects.

Requirements

At least 2-3 years’ experience in managing a store.

Experience in managing day-to-day operations of a retail store

Experience in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
