POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive & detail-oriented Assistant, Product Development (R&D) to join our team at Suntory Beverage & Food Asia Pacific. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our capabilities in new product development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enhance capability of R&D, especially in new product development. 
• Support the laboratory test and projects for the beverage range of products. 
• Perform product development work such as making beverage samples, checking product stability, semi-products stability and conducting chemical analysis.
• Support the administrative task for any ad hoc assignment and maintain the general cleanliness and maintenance of the laboratory.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant experience in food, beverage or flavour industry
• Good communication skills & learning attitude
• Curiosity for new things and consumer insights
