Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion
• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across various project stages
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or outcomes
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines
• Foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
• Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
• Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment
• Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations

Preferred candidates should preferably possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Architectural, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in Interior Architectural projects and building projects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
