Assistant Project Manager

The Role

You will support the planning and delivery of diverse client projects across our three core service pillars:

1. Digital Learning
2. Language Services
3. Global Creative Design

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Support the planning and management of client projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal IT and technical teams to coordinate project activities
• Consultative Support: Provide professional advice and tailored solutions to meet specific client requirements
• Client Presentations: Deliver presentations regarding Verztec’s background, past success stories, and service offerings
• Planning & Communication: Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while providing regular, effective updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Eligibility: Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply
• Education: Minimum Diploma qualification or higher

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills with a collaborative mindset
• Experience: Past experience in customer service or client account management is an advantage
