Responsibilities

• Monitor project developments to identify areas for improvement or adjustment, ensuring alignment with the original plan and timelines.
• Foster strong relationships with clients by clearly communicating expectations, deadlines, and addressing concerns to avoid miscommunication and financial losses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring steady progress and balanced attention across all assignments without neglecting any project.
• Regularly communicate with superiors to ensure projects remain within budget. Take immediate corrective actions when necessary to maintain cost efficiency.
• Attend site meetings, gather and analyze market data, and prepare comprehensive weekly reports for submission to the project manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

[Must-Have]

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing residential and commercial projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) building systems.
• Thorough knowledge of legal requirements and safety standards in construction.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and coordinate team efforts effectively.
• Excellent client management skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and enhance team morale.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to construction sites.
