Job Description - Assistant Project Manager, SEA&I

What you have to do

  • Responsible for the end-to-end project management cycle in SEA&I region, develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resources requirements
  • Identify project stakeholders, establish effective communication channels, and manage their expectations throughout the project
  • Lead and manage the project team, assign tasks, provide guidance, and foster collaboration to ensure successful project execution
  • Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies, monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Create and manage the project budget, track project expenses, and ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget
  • Track project progress, monitor key milestones, and implement necessary adjustments to keep the project on track
  • Assess and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring that change requests are properly evaluated and implemented
  • Conduct project closure activities, including finalizing project documentation, conducting lessons learned sessions, and transitioning project deliverables to relevant stakeholders

 

What you need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields, such as logistics, supply chain management, or engineering
  • 4+ years of project management experience, with a track record of successfully managing projects
  • Possession of a recognized project management certification, such as PMP is highly advantage
  • With knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
  • With good spoken and written English and/or Mandarin
