Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QEMS (ISO 9001:2015).
• Lead internal and external audits and certification processes.
• Analyze quality performance trends and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage customer audits, feedback resolution, and corrective actions.
• Oversee supplier/vendor onboarding, audits, and KPI improvements.
• Conduct ISO 9001 training and promote quality awareness.
• Ensure compliance in Warehouse, Drumming, Transport & Yard operations.
• Support change management and contribute to management reviews.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Science, or Engineering.
• 3-5 years of quality management experience, preferably in chemicals/logistics.
• ISO 9001:2015 auditor certification is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in supplier and customer quality management preferred.

Location:

• Jurong Island (Transport provided).
