Assistant Relationship Manager Associate

Overview

You will join the Corporate Desk Department and will support Relationship Managers in developing and managing the relationship with the reference customers in the relevant geographical area. You will ensure the performance of all administrative tasks to support Relationship Managers' activity.

What you'll be doing

• Support Relationship Managers in the management and business development of the reference customers and in the implementation of any necessary corrective actions.
• Support Relationship Managers in achieving profitability, commercial, and risk objectives for the refence customers.
• Support Relationship Managers in client meetings.
• Handle tasks related to the preparation of Credit Applications (excluding the formulation of the Credit Proposal).
• Perform, also acting in team, administrative activities related to clients under management (CDD, KYC, AML, etc).
• Actively interface with clients to manage and resolve issues and requests.
• Ensure the quality of the performed tasks and the adherence to deadlines, ensure operationally engagement in urgent transactions.
• Ensure proper client management in compliance with operational processes and company regulations.
• Handle any other specific task inherent to the Corporate Desk activities

Who we are looking for

If you want to turn your passion into a career and you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• 3-5 years of experience in similar role, idelly in Corporate and Investment Banking;
• University degree and/or post-graduate degree in economics/ finance
• Knowledge and experience in Business analysis;
• Understanding of credit risk analysis and support the preparation of credit papers;
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Advanced analytical ability to perform financial statement and market analysis;
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
