Responsibilities
- In-charge of overall store day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at consistently driving sales volume and achieving store sales targets.
- Lead and supervise the retail team members to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and effectively address any employee concerns.
- Responsibly handle and address customer inquiries regarding product, pricing, availability, delivery or any other related matters.
- Assist in store promotional events and campaigns with the corporate team.
- Roster planning.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in retail industry preferrably with supervisory experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
