About Our Client

Our client is a well established investment banking platform, looking to set up a private wealth management business in Singapore. They are looking for an experienced Assistant RM to join them in servicing their client portfolio.

Job Description

Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers servicing Private Banking clients
Understand client requirements and assist relationship managers in daily maintenance of account relationships
Assist with account openings or any other client's instructions and interface with client to ensure completion of documentation requirements
Handle and follow up clients' enquiries, service requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate and communicate with different internal channels to support client's requests
Comply with various regulatory requirements, company regulations and management measures
Conduct Product Suitability assessment and execute trade instructions for clients
Maintain client data and reports and handle administrative duties

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor Degree or above
5 or more years of relevant experience in the private wealth management industry
Entrepreneurial spirit with high level of self-motivation
A team player, collaborative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
