This role require to lead a team in identifying new opportunities , provide market input to maximise the sales revenue.
Job Scope:
⢠Lead and supervise a team of sales professionals to meet defined monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
⢠Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the building materials industry to expand market reach.
⢠Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers, business owners, and industry influencers.
⢠Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, and cold calling to open new accounts
⢠Promote brand visibility by utilizing marketing materials and display tools in client\-facing environments.
⢠Conduct effective product presentations to stakeholders and potential clients to showcase products' advantages and salient features.
⢠Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decision\-making.
⢠Maintain accurate records by entering visit details, sample information, and client data into Salesforce CRM
Requirements:
⢠Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role within the building materials or architectural products with proven sales track record.
⢠Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
⢠Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal).

⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
⢠Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
⢠Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
