Job Objective:
- Lead and manage the Post-Sales team in accordance to company’s standards and best practices to meet customer’s requirements
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Post-Sales team and its activities including the Customer Service Centre
- Manage resources and assign engineers to fault tickets and/or Preventive Maintenance jobs
- Oversee and manage fault ticket system and ensure all open tickets are closed
- Plan relevant and appropriate trainings for engineers accordingly
- Submit regular reports to the management
- Provide quotation to customers as necessary
- Provide solutions to engineers on technical matters
- Assist in after sales services
Education Qualification:
- ITE/ Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual
Optional Certification
- Crestron CTI-P101, CTI-P201, Extron Control Professional (ECP), Extron Authorized Programmer (EAP)
- Kramer Control System Designer (301), Kramer Control System Programmer (302)
- Dante Level 1 & 2, Cisco CCNT, CCNA
Experience:
Mandate
- Must have minimum 5 years of experience in System configuration, Testing & Commissioning for Audio Visual solution.
- Must have minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
- Experience in some of the products like Videowall, LED & LCD Display, Digital Sound Processor (DSP), Amplifier, Speaker, videoconferencing, Audio Visual Switches.
- Experience in similar renowned AV brands like Samsung, Crestron, Extron, BOSE, Ev, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, etc
- Experience in Crestron, Extron, AMX, Kramer automation programming will be an added advantage
- Experience in DSP programming will be an added advantage
