About the Job

• Evaluate, assess, and accept specialty risk accounts in accordance with corporate business plans and established authority limits.

• Support underwriting operations and business placement across the organization's corporate network.

• Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with market peers and intermediaries to secure new business and retain renewals.

• Act as the company representative during external intermediary and client meetings.

• Analyze placing documentation and technical risk data, leveraging expertise to make decisions or escalating complex cases to senior leadership.

• Manage, review, and endorse modifications to active contracts in compliance with underwriting philosophies.

• Maintain accurate records by logging risk entries directly into internal underwriting systems.

• Track and evaluate key metrics, including risk exposures, pricing structures, and income streams.

• Monitor outstanding balances and assist with credit control and premium collection processes.

• Adhere strictly to internal compliance frameworks, operational procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

• Champion positive conduct standards to ensure fair and optimal outcomes for all clients.

• Maintain a clear understanding of the organization's internal escalation pathways.
