Job Description

The Product Insights Team for Group Transaction Banking (GTB) is responsible for product analytics and insights, leveraging data across the entire product lifecycle to support decision management, strengthen commercialisation efforts, and drive business growth.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as AVP, Product Insights. Reporting to the Head of Product Insights, this individual contributor role will serve as the data manager for Digital Channels and be a key member of the GTB Product Insights Centre of Excellence (CoE) to drive operational excellence and capability development.

Job Responsibility:

• Lead end-to-end data management for digital channels across Group and markets, including product MIS, management reports, and commercialisation campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology and Data Analytics teams on analytics enablement, data use cases, and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Coordinate with group, country and cross-functional partners to drive alignment and seamless execution of strategic data projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the establishment of the Product Insights CoE across transaction banking products. This includes setting the strategic direction for insight generation, data governance, data monetisation, and analytics capability development.

Requirements:

• 3 - 6 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, business management roles within banking or large regulated environments.
• Exposure to transaction banking / digital channels data domains preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Qlik Sense, data modelling, and excel-based analytics.
• Team player with growth mindset and the ability to bridge business and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics/Mathematics or related field
