Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead cost optimization by analyzing high-cost assets and developing strategies to improve efficiency and utilization
Perform data mining and maintain a sound database to set baselines and track savings across projects and initiatives
Build and maintain financial models including rolling forecasts and 3-year P&L to guide major decisions and contract renewals
Monitor occupancy costs and identify savings through footprint rationalization and location strategies
Analyze procurement spend to support investment decisions and ensure alignment with cost-efficiency goals
Deliver timely reporting for management and regulatory requirements, including dashboards.
Collaborate across teams with the division to provide financial insights for property-related projects and strategic initiatives
Cover regional countries as part of Group Corporate Real Estate Services, ensuring alignment and consistency across these countries.
Be part of a 11-member CRES Office team, supporting other areas within the team and providing backup for critical tasks such as monthly financial closing and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field; real estate experience is a plus.
5+ years in financial analysis, cost optimization, or strategic planning.
Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, ERP systems (SAP), and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, etc).
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders and present financial insights clearly to senior management
Able to connect the dots and see the big picture, ensuring strategic alignment across initiatives
A proactive team player who can work independently and collaboratively
