Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Partnering with Data Analytics team to design, build, and maintain operational and management reports for AML Ops processes
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor risk controls, process efficiency, and effectiveness
Drive the automation of reports by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance visualization.
Analyze trends, identify variances, providing actionable items to management.
Provide insights to stakeholders, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Support governance forums with accurate and timely reporting and data packs.
Collaborate with process owners to resolve data discrepancies and maintain consistent standards.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and collaborate for deliverables
Stay updated on best practices in data analytics, risk reporting, and automation tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced) and data visualization.
Knowledge of operational risk, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
