Assistant Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor

• 5 days work week/ Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.15pm
• Location: Tampines
• Permanent Position
• Possess Class 3 driving license

Responsibilities:

• Experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff
• Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices 
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers
• Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
• Provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse team, including training, scheduling, and performance management
• Work closely with sales department and cross functional teams to resolve daily operational issues.
• Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Establish and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
• Monitor the compliance with health, safety and legal regulations.

Requirements:

• Possess Logistics / Warehouse supervisory experience
• Class 3 Driving Licence
• Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, ERP system.
