Job Responsibilities
Drive FX and Derivatives sales, including Interest Rate Swaps (IRS) and Cross Currency Swaps (CCS).
Proactively identify, solicit, and develop relationships with non-Japanese corporate customers.
Research potential customers and create tailored marketing strategies through cross selling initiatives.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver the best-in class banking products and services.
Prepare and present comprehensive market reports to clients and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and banking products.
Minimum of 5-years' experience in Banking / Treasury sales, with a strong focus on FX and Derivatives products.
Established network and proven relationships with non-Japanese corporate clients.
Exceptional analytical skills, with a dynamic, result-driven, and sales-oriented mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is required.
