Associate -Client on Boarding ( Private Bank )

About the Company
We are partnering with an established private bank that is building out its dedicated Client On Boarding team in Singapore.

Role Overview
This function plays a key role in supporting the Front Office across client onboarding, periodic reviews and transaction monitoring, while ensuring strong compliance with AML/CFT and regulatory requirements.

The role will work closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders on KYC reviews, source of wealth assessments, name screening, transaction reviews and client due diligence processes. There will also be opportunities to participate in process improvement and operational enhancement initiatives as the platform continues to grow.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience within private banking, with exposure to areas such as KYC, periodic reviews, transaction monitoring or AML/compliance operations. Candidates should be comfortable working closely with Front Office stakeholders and possess strong documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with MAS 626 requirements and private banking practices would be advantageous.
