The Role
As an Associate Consultant, you'll be trained and developed to build your own specialist recruitment desk. From day one, you'll learn the full 360° recruitment cycle — from sourcing and headhunting to client outreach and business development. You'll be guided through our structured training programme and mentored by experienced consultants, with the goal of running your own desk with full autonomy.

This is a high-growth role for someone who wants a career in sales and recruitment — not just a job.

What You'll Do
• Learn to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across candidate sourcing,

interviewing, and placement

• Support senior consultants on business development activities including client

outreach and prospecting

• Build market knowledge within your assigned industry specialization

• Conduct headhunting, talent mapping, and database management

• Develop client and candidate relationships over time

What We're Looking For
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role

• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a genuine drive to succeed

• Strong communication skills — confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking to people at all levels

• Resilience and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• No prior recruitment experience required — the right attitude matters more
