The Job

• Analyse performance data to develop recommendations and strategies that drive positive growth, enhance service quality, and strengthen stakeholder communication
• Conduct regular site visits and follow-up consultations with business partners to support achievement of growth targets and operational excellence
• Facilitate learning platforms and development opportunities to enable business partners to correctly and consistently implement established methodologies and operational standards
• Identify marketing needs and collaborate with the relevant division to support business partners in developing and executing effective local marketing strategies
• Contribute to area expansion planning in collaboration with internal teams to grow market share and address competitive challenges
• Support the onboarding and integration of new business partners to expand the franchise network
