Associate Consultant

·       Handle recruitment and search fulfillment, under local context and probably later regional coverage.

·       To expand and develop the business market share through successful fulfillment and excellent customer service and rapport building.

·       Handle and manage the full recruitment processfrom sourcing of candidates, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation andoffer management.

·       Ensure good candidate management from managing and engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to hiring decision. 

·       Manage communication and maintaining positive relationships with all candidates and clients

·       Ensure timely and excellent service delivery  and recruitment fulfilment of client’s needs

·       Ensure that issues faced are resolved within good turnaround time, and escalated to reporting in-charge with solutions in place

·       Conduct cold-calling and business development outreach to new clients

·       Ensure good Account, Client and Candidate management

·       Meet target and KPI set

·       Any other tasks assigned
