As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a high-performing Search Consultant to own and grow a recruitment vertical across technology and financial services. This is a high-impact opportunity within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
As a Search Consultant, you will develop your network, maintain and nurture relationships, and play a pivotal role in supporting talents in identifying the right career path. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Build and grow client relationships, uncover hiring needs, and drive new business
Deliver consultative recruitment solutions across tech and/or financial services
Source, assess, and place talent across C-level, GTM, corporate, and technical roles
Manage end-to-end recruitment from brief to offer
Deliver market insights on hiring trends, salaries, and talent to refine pitches and solutions.
Contribute to thought leadership and employer branding
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
Strong interest in talent acquisition within the tech/financial industry; prior internship/experience is a plus.
Proactive, collaborative, and people-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about helping others succeed.
