Job Description

Support origination and execution of M&A, investments, and partnerships
Develop financial models including valuation and scenario analysis
Assess target companies' financials, growth drivers, and risks
Coordinate due diligence across multiple workstreams and advisors
Prepare investment papers and presentations for internal approvals
Engage stakeholders to evaluate strategic fit and integration plans
Monitor industry trends across fintech, digital assets, and AI in FS

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or similar
3+ years' experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, or strategy consulting
Strong financial modelling and valuation skillset
Exposure to financial institutions or fintech ecosystems is highly advantageous
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
