As an Associate Director, Conduct & Compliance Risk, South Asia, you will sit within the Institutional Division Conduct and Compliance Centre of Expertise (COE) and focus on embedding best best practice Conduct and Compliance Risk management across Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, Laos and Indonesia.
You will drive first line of defence risk management and partner closely with Institutional frontline teams, Enterprise Risk Theme experts and NFR Governance & Reporting teams to manage value chain and country risk profiles. You will support effective Conduct and Regulatory risk management through an end-to-end customer journey lens, strengthening the risk and control environment while leading risk identification, assessments and regulatory change implementation. This role also partners with business teams to sustainably design, uplift and embed Conduct and Compliance risk management frameworks and controls.
