The Associate Director of Global Financial Crime Program and Standards will have responsibility for ensuring the effective delivery, and monitoring, of our consumer business which is still in development. Reporting directly to the VP, FCC, this is a great opportunity to work at a fast paced, pre IPO fintech.
What You'll Be Doing:
Setting global standards and maintaining policies
Tracking issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely fashion
Working across Financial Crimes Compliance to identify and prioritise projects, tooling and control enhancements
Overseeing the enterprise-wide risk assessment
Developing the training plan and ensuring its implementation
Undertaking quality assurance
Chairing the Financial Crimes Compliance Forum
Managing metrics and reporting
Overseeing the Global Financial Intelligence Unit
What You Bring:
10+ years of Risk or Compliance experience in banking, consulting, or fintech
Experience with bank partners, audits, or regulatory exams
Ability to set priorities and achieve stakeholder buy in and delivery
Ability to develop and report on Key Risk Indicators and Key Performance Indicators
Ability to look across the organization to spot and identify pain points and develop plans to resolve them
Experience drafting reports for senior management on the risks facing the organization
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate and help non-experts understand applicable requirements
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment by multitasking effortlessly and managing competing priorities under demanding deadlines
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, manage projects and drive results
