Job Description - Associate director IPO Investment

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end execution of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs and M&A
Drive due diligence processes, identifying and resolving key commercial, financial, and regulatory issues
Review and prepare transaction-related documentation
Engage directly with clients, professional advisors, and relevant regulatory bodies
Ensure compliance with internal frameworks and regulatory requirements
Contribute to ongoing sponsor-related advisory work for listed entities
Mentor and supervise junior team members

Requirements

8-12 years of relevant corporate finance / investment banking experience
Proven track record in IPOs and/or M&A transactions (experience in multiple listings preferred)
Strong familiarity with Singapore capital markets and regulatory landscape
MAS licensed representative (or eligible to be registered)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution capabilities
Effective communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders across jurisdictions
Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous due to regional client coverage
