Associate Director, Private Credit Investments

You'll play a key role in driving deal origination and execution, from due diligence to portfolio management, with a focus on credit investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end deal origination and execution
• Prepare and present investment committee materials
• Conduct independent credit analysis, due diligence, and research
• Negotiate and review transaction documentation
• Monitor portfolio investments and contribute to fund valuation and reporting
• Participate in fundraising and business development
• Develop and refine investment strategies with partners
• Mentor and train junior team members

What you bring:

• Top-tier university degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Experience in credit analysis, investment banking, or private equity
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Solid understanding of capital markets and credit products
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficiency in Southeast Asian languages is a plus
