Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of wellness programmes and initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with providers and health organizations to offer health and wellness services.
- Work closely with wellness professionals to develop and implement health and wellness awareness campaigns, workshops, resources and support programmes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the needs and priorities and develop strategies to address them.
- Oversee budget management, vendor relationships, and programme logistics.
- Oversee recruitment and training of team members to ensure sufficient and qualified personnel
- Develop an evaluation framework, analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of programmes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging research related to health and wellness domains.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Degree qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience in health and wellness related disciplines a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Able to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
