Responsibilities:
- Lead the interior design team strategically to line with corporate objectives and customer needs.
- Acquire new clients and secure potential projects.
- Lead business development by identifying and developing new opportunities to grow the company's portfolio and market influence.
- Provide Interior Design project deliverables, including Concept Design and Construction Administration.
- Promote professional growth and skill development to team members by providing them with mentorship.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Interior Designer or Architecture or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar field with design leadership, project management and client servicing.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the interior design industry.
- With decision making abilities and strong problem-solving skills.
