Associate, Distribution Compensation Insurance Contract

Job Scope
Distribution Channel Compensation

• Administer the distribution 3rd Party Insurer and any other out of system compensation to ensure on time and accurate payments
• Key touchpoint for internal and external stakeholders/insurers on compensation related matters
• In charge of end-to-end process from commission receivable from 3rd Party to payment & statements to distributors
• Administer all the ad-hoc adjustments required by collating all the required data and preparing the necessary files
• Support process improvement and automation to improve BAU cycle efficiency
• Participating in projects & UAT as required

Distributor Requests

• Key person in charge of processing Income statement requests from distributors within SLA
• Process clawback of commission from outcome of investigation
• Deliver on ad hoc tasks when assigned

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Banking, Finance or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in insurance industry
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills: MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formula), MS Word
• Proficiency in VBA is advantageous
• Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
• Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders
• Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline
• Resourceful, Independent & excellent problem-solving skills
