Associate Engineer (Electrical) - Excellent Benefits Package

• Conduct maintenance on advanced Web Offset Printing machinery and associated automation controls.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Computer to Plate systems and auxiliary systems, such as the 130-ton Ink supply system and Central De-ionized water system.
• Execute predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Ensure timely and effective repairs of equipment breakdowns with a strong focus on safety.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper permit-to-work and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices.
• Maintain an up-to-date fault rectification report in the data management system.
• Work on a shift roster system as required, in accordance with MOM guidelines and the Collective Agreement.
• Undertake any other tasks or functions related to assigned work.

Job Requirements

• Preferably 2 to 3 years relevant experience in maintenance and troubleshooting plant operating systems and equipment.
• Higher Nitec in a related discipline or Diploma in Mechatronic, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with hands-on work in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to acquire and upgrade skills through continuous learning and training.
• Good knowledge of general maintenance of testing tools and instruments.
• Good knowledge of electrical principles and the ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of computer skills, understanding of PLCs, networking, and SCADA system.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
• Safety-conscious and dedicated to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Physically able to move machinery parts.
• Able to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and overtime when needed.
