Associate Engineer, Quality Assurance Management

As an Associate Engineer in Quality Assurance Management, you are responsible for inspecting products, materials, and processes to ensure they meet company quality standards and customer requirements

• Support continuous improvement initiatives towards quality / productivity improvements
• following inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
• supporting root cause investigations as directed by supervisors.
• providing objective feedback on inspection findings to other teams via verbal or written communication 

• documenting and maintaining inspection results and corrective actions records accurately

• monitoring and tracking on actions effectiveness

• working closely with Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering to resolve quality concerns

Knowledge & Experience requirements

• High school diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical drawings.

  • Meticulous to maintain high accuracy in work
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
• Good interpersonal skills to effectively work with others and in a team environment
