You will facilitate the Haematopoietic Cellular Therapy and Transplant Quality Programme (HSCTP) to ensure accurate and complete health related information. Your job duties include:

Data collection and cleaning of data in accordance with accreditation quality standards
Implement new/ revised procedures and guidelines
Perform data quality assurance reviews
Oversee data management process
Provide regular reports to Programme Director
Assist in development of database and ensure data are updated
Ensure all data accreditation and standards forms are completed and maintained in Registry
