Associate Executive, HR Services (1 Year Contract)

Job Description

• Work with vendor and internal in-house team on the migration of the HR physical personnel file (Pfile) to digital formats
• Be involved in the data migration project from SAP-HR to SuccessFactor, involving in data-patching and converting content as necessary to new system.
   

Job Requirements

• Preferably with some experience working in HR Shared Services
• Knowledge of SAP-HR or SucessFactor is an added advantage
• Must be detailed and meticulous
• Must be able to handle high volume of files and data
• Must be willing to learn and take on other HR duties when needed
• Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
• Individual completing part-time studies or waiting to enter university can be considered as well
