Associate Fuel Analytics & Overflight

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Overflight Department in Flight Operations Division. 

Key Responsibilities
•    Verify and confirm overflight and air navigation charges are invoiced correctly and approved for timely payment to Authorities.
•    Manage high volumes of invoices during peak periods while ensuring payments are processed by their due dates.
•    Liaise with relevant stakeholders to promptly resolve any payment discrepancies.
•    Maintain accurate, well-organised records and documentation to support timely processing, reconciliation of invoices, and audit requirements.
 

Requirements
•    Possess a Diploma, preferably with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
•    Fresh Diploma holders with aviation knowledge may also be considered.
•    Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. 
•    Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
