Get to Know the Team
The GrabRentals and GrabCab team houses its own strategy, partner management & productivity, pricing & product design, sales, marketing, operations et al. functions, and also works very closely with other teams in Grab spanning business, operations, tech, and analytics.
In the GrabCab Business & Strategic Projects team, we are focused on ensuring the growth of new businesses while supporting our driver-partners in their journey with GrabRentals. We work in collaboration with teams across Grab to ensure that driver-partners are supported at every touchpoint, ensuring a best-in-class rental experience.
Get to Know the Role
In this position, you will play a vital role within the GrabCab Business & Strategic Projects team. You will lead strategic and commercial planning to support the growth of our new GrabCab business as well as other high impact projects from time to time. Your work extends from planning to on-ground implementation, requiring you to interface cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across Grab.
Your north star will be ensuring that our driver-partners experience is first-class and you are driven to work across internal teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve escalation.
You will report to the Head, Planning, Productivity & Partner Managemen and reports onsite at Singapore Grab office.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
Lead strategic business planning for the GrabCab business and drive high-impact analysis
Formulate commercial pricing and incentive schemes in line with business objectives
Deliver valuable business insights and recommendations (e.g. landscape and competitor analyses, customer segmentation, asset optimisation, product pricing and spend optimisation etc)
Lead project management from inception to closure, managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Train and update support teams on all GrabRental’s and adjacent business’ products and services
Collaborate with internal teams and other Grab verticals to ensure seamless operations and representation at engagement events & program launches for driver-partners
Conduct review and optimization of existing operational policies and processes while supporting the planning and execution of new policies and processes
