What We Need

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate, Live Ops to join our team. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our game, requiring a blend of operational efficiency and data management skills. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of a mobile game’s Live Ops, ensuring a positive player experience. In Live Ops, this individual will be responsible to handle requests from customer support, community, product and production teams.

What You’ll Do

• Live Ops includes (but not limited to) tracking of player data, managing of reward distribution, resolving players’ account issues and escalating complex problems as needed.


• Working closely with community and product management teams to define the promotions and event strategies.


• Providing essential information and insights to support community, product and operation teams to make informed decisions based on the players' feedback and analysis.


• Identifying and recommending tool improvements to optimize Live Ops.

What Will Make You A Great Fit

Minimum Requirement

• 2+ years of experience in managing various aspects of a Live Ops Mobile Game.


• Knowledgeable about the mobile gaming industry and familiar with various video games, especially mobile ones.


• Excellent skills with MS office is a must.


• Possess an interest in mobile SLGs.


• Complete fluency in English and Chinese.

Good to have

• Experience in managing various operations-related fields of a Mobile Game but not limited to in-game event designing, gaming experience, data analysis, online communities, player management, etc.


• Proficient in database software such as Amplitude, Snowflake, etc. will be a plus.


• Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying will be a plus.


• Having any experience/certifications in the areas of AI / game-development / game live ops will be a plus.


• Knowledgeable in mobile SLGs will be a plus.
