• Own product lifecycle: Define features, write specs, ship products/features on schedule, and maintain roadmap/milestones aligned with strategic goals.
• Drive customer-centric decisions: Gather insights through direct engagement, prioritize initiatives, and manage tradeoffs/backlog.
