Job Responsibilities Job Overview As a Associate Relationship Manager, you will support the growth of the non-Japanese corporate banking portfolio, with a focus on large multinational corporations. You will manage existing clients' relationships while developing new business opportunities to achieve departmental profit targets. The role also involves supporting credit analysis and monitoring, transaction documentation, and coordination with Mizuho's Asia and global network.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the growth of the non-Japanese corporate banking portfolio, with a focus on large multinational companies, contributing to Vietnam's economic development and the achievement of departmental profit targets.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities with prospective customers.
Conduct credit risk analysis and support the end-to-end transaction documentation process in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
Monitor the creditworthiness and ongoing financial performance of existing customers to ensure sound risk management.
Liaise and maintain effective communication with Mizuho's global network, particularly across the Asia region, to support cross-border business initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within corporate banking, relationship management, preferably managing multinational corporate customers, with exposure to credit analysis, credit monitoring, and transaction documentation.
Strong skills in credit risk analysis.
A collaborative team player, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
Fluent in both spoken & written English, Vietnamese, Chinese and/or Korean is a plus
