Job Description - Associate/ SA, Operations Transformation & GenAI Support, CBWMO, Group COO

Role Purpose

Support the end-to-end implementation, enablement, and post-go-live performance of operations transformation and GenAI initiatives. The role ensures initiatives are implemented effectively, adopted smoothly, and sustained after go-live through structured delivery support, continuous improvement, and ongoing monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Delivery & Operational Support
  • Support delivery teams with tracking of milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions across transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Business, Operations, Technology, and Change teams to support implementation readiness and follow-ups.
  • Prepare concise status updates, trackers, and management reporting.
  1. GenAI Enablement & Continuous Improvement
  • Support GenAI initiatives through prompt refinement, documentation, and controlled improvement activities.
  • Assist with coordination of testing, enhancements, and version changes to ensure GenAI outputs remain accurate and usable.
  • Maintain clear documentation for prompt/configuration changes and outcomes.
  1. Post-Go-Live Monitoring, Reporting & Governance
  • Execute agreed monitoring routines for GenAI and operational initiatives (e.g., metrics tracking, dashboards, health checks).
  • Apply defined thresholds and escalation processes; support preparation of evidence and escalation packs where required.
  • Coordinate issue investigation and remediation with Operations, Technology, and Risk stakeholders and track actions to closure.
  • Support preparation of updates for governance or management forums.
  1. Knowledge & Process Standardisation
  • Support development of simple playbooks, SOPs, or workflow guides to standardise delivery-to-operations transition and monitoring practices.
  • Participate in walkthroughs or knowledge-transfer sessions to ensure consistent execution across teams.
Key Deliverables
  • Delivery trackers and readiness actions maintained and closed on time
  • Monitoring dashboards and reports kept current post-go-live
  • Issues and escalations supported with clear documentation and follow-through
  • Prompt/configuration changes documented and tracked
Requirements

Essential
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working with data, metrics, trackers, and dashboards
  • High attention to detail and documentation discipline
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a structured environment
Preferred
  • Experience supporting transformation, operations, analytics, automation, or GenAI-related initiatives
  • Exposure to monitoring, reporting, or governance processes after implementation
